Cuba’s President Miguel Diaz-Canel said Thursday the island is prepared to hold dialogue with the United States, but only on equal terms and without pressure, following months of threats from President Donald Trump to cut off oil supplies and force a “deal” as the country struggles with severe fuel shortages and an economic crisis.
