Talks between Iran and the US must include Tehran’s ballistic missiles programme, US Secretary of State Marco Rubio said Wednesday, adding to the menu an issue that the Islamic Republic regards as an infringements of its sovereignty. The talks, planned for Friday, were to be held in Turkey, but Iran wants them in Oman. Washington has rejected the request, according to a US news site.
